Environmental Solutions For The Building Industry
Some examples of previous projects completed by Alexander Assessments:
Bridge House, Rockland All Saints, Norfolk
Bridge House is an excellent example of a low energy house. The main heating is provided by a log fired range cooker and the house has been built to exacting standards, with lots of well installed insulation and high quality glazing. With PV and solar thermal panels, the house is virtually self sufficient and is A rated.
Sedum House, C & M Architects
Award winning architect Tom Ground designed and built his own eco-house using insulated concrete formwork. Alexander Assessments were able to advise which locally produced concrete would have the lowest embodied CO2 emissions.
Bank Street, Stalham, John Pardon Architect
Seven Social Housing units erected in Stalham, Norfolk to Code Level 3 of the Code For Sustainable Homes. Alexander Assessments advised the Architect and Developer to enable sufficient credits to be awarded.
A select development of nineteen flats for the over 55s. Alexander Assessments assisted the client with Energy Strategy and completed SAPs and ocEPCs to suit.
